Ways To Give

Private donations are critical to the success of LSU Shreveport.  Because enrollment has doubled in less than five years, gifts from our LSUS supporters have become even more important to our students and faculty.  

With so many ways to give, there is a gift that will fit any budget. Below are some of the most common methods.

Endowments

Perpetually fund your greatest LSU Shreveport passion.  Typically this would be a scholarship or professorship.

Gifts of Stock

Avoid capital gains tax, receive a charitable deduction, AND support LSU Shreveport.

Planned Giving

Make a BIG IMPACT in the future with a smaller investment today! It could be as simple as adding LSU Shreveport Foundation to your will.

Tributes

Give a donation in memory of a loved one or to honor a special birthday or anniversary.

Greatest Need

A gift to this fund ensures we have the resources for those opportunities that you really can't plan on such as the LSUS Debate Team being able to compete in England or the LSUS Bass Fishing Team reaching Nationals.
